Our difference
Fair prices for suitable scrap
We aim to offer competitive prices for scrap metal that meets our acceptance criteria. That gives you a clearer return on material you no longer need.
Helpful guidance before you travel
We can confirm if your metal is suitable before you bring it in. That saves time and helps you arrive prepared.
Experience you can lean on
We've been established since 1948, so this work isn't new to us. You get calm, practical advice from people who know the trade well.
A simple way to clear unwanted metal
Scrap metal soon piles up when you've finished a home clear out, stripped out an old kitchen, or wrapped up work on site. We recycle non-ferrous and ferrous metals responsibly, helping you turn unwanted material into something useful instead of leaving it in the way. From our Poole site, we support domestic and commercial customers who need a straightforward service and fair prices. R A Bowers Ltd keeps the process clear from the start, so you know where your metal is going and how it will be handled. That matters when you're dealing with anything from old household items to heavier commercial scrap. If you're in Wimborne Minster and need a practical answer for metal waste, we're ready to help.
Recycling that works for homes and businesses
Our licensed operation follows relevant environmental regulations, which gives you a responsible route for metal disposal. We can handle scrap from households, renovation projects, commercial premises, and industrial settings without making the job feel complicated. Some loads are small enough to drop off quickly, while others need a bit more guidance before you set off. We'll help confirm whether your material can be accepted, which saves you a wasted journey. Around Wimborne Minster, that kind of straight answer can make clearing metal far less of a chore.
Why proper metal recycling matters
Metal takes up space quickly and can become awkward to store once a job is finished. Recycling it properly helps reduce waste and puts valuable materials back into use. It can also make sites, gardens, garages, and work areas safer to move around. With R A Bowers Ltd, we give you a practical route to clear metal without guessing what to do next.
